Individually tailored yoga instruction that helps you work towards your goals, and overcome personal and physical challenges.
Our first session will begin with an in-depth conversation about what you would like to accomplish, how you have been feeling lately physically and emotionally, and an assessment of your physical strengths, challenges, flexibility, prior injuries, etc. We will also discuss anything else that may be applicable to your current state of mind and any major stressors or life changes you may be experiencing.
Your sessions will be tailored to address any goals, issues, challenges and limitations you may have for your practice. We will develop yoga postures and/or meditation practices that are appropriate for your individual situation.
You will begin to feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment as you notice your strength and flexibility increase and you will feel empowered as you experience heightened self-awareness and self-knowledge that will lead to a greater ability to trust in your perceptions. Over time you will see yourself becoming physically and emotionally stronger, less reactive, and more focused.
